Approve Permissions

Shopify shows a permissions screen. The app needs access to read orders and send fulfilments. Click "Install app" to proceed.

Configure WhatsApp

In the app's Settings, choose your WhatsApp provider: Meta Cloud API (Phone Number ID + Token) or Green API (Instance ID + Token, scan QR).

Set Confirmation Channel

Choose WhatsApp first → IVR fallback, WhatsApp only, or IVR only. Optionally add your IVR provider URL for voice calls.

Place a Test Order

Place a test order on your Shopify development store. Within 1–2 minutes the customer receives a WhatsApp message. Check the Dashboard to see the status update.
